Privacy and the Internet

AOL Privacy

Reading this artical I can see AIM being this much of a punk. And Knowing that they Legally can do this Pisses me off. And the comment to use Jabber(an Earthlink Product) is AOL based people, You see Earthlink is thinking of making there own Instant messangers, But they were Busy making Earthlink work with broadband and the pop up blockers and ...

You get the Idea. But AOL is a pile of shit. I mean they almost went under...I was looking Forward to it too. And the bit on what Earthlink was Surviving on. Ok maybe I am Biased Cause I was an earthlink employee for over a year. And now I work in a linegroup next to AOL. And you know ELK never told me to lie to a customer and not teach me what everyone else had. I had a sheet and we were encouraged to read the other providers sales pages so when we were stuck with a customer who wants to know why we were a better choice we could tell them.

I sit here and Listen to there Reps Lie out right, "no aol is the only provider with spam blockers" horseshit "you have to have AOL to make Broadband work" Ok they didn't say that one but you know after a month of listening to them well forget it Lying little punks. AOL there program is computer poison. Why do people use it?

BoyCott the Man! Hit them in the Wallet people stop signing up for AOL I have been so much happier since I Dumped them Like a Bad Boyfriend!

But AIM Deciding that my Ideas are worth something and Marketing them that could be messed up. And how would you like to see a part of your Private Conversation on TV some time for there Fucked up Comercials?

P2P here I come...Shit!
