Virgoans are in constant motion due to their abundant nervous energy. It is vital that this energy finds a positive outlet, otherwise it iwll be frittered away in a restless twitchiness. Virgoans should also learn to center themselves and achieve inner calm. If they don't, tension can be a severe problem and , mixed with almost inevitable Virgoan worry, will lead to nervous upsets. Worry is at the root of most personal problems, for these individuals and is best counterred by their analytical, critical nd practical qualities.
Virgo is an Earth sign, as are Taurus and Capricorn, but Virgo is a mutable Earth sign. Mutable is the third of the qualities mentioned; Mutable-sign people love variety and change. they are easily bored and demand lots of excitment. travel is particularly attractive to them. Mutable signs are rarely happier then when in motion; Consequently they seek a change in scene more often then most. People born with this quality may not be the most emotionaly stable, though they are able to adapt and be very flexible, making them quick to ajust to a new situaltion. Mutable-sign people understand the the only constant quality in life is change. Virgo is ruled by the planet ercury, as is gemini.
